1. Preparation Before Installation: Before installation, ensure the wall surface is flat, dry (moisture content not exceeding 8%), and remove oil and dust. If using a keel installation method, first install the light steel or wooden keel, ensuring it is dry and clean. Simultaneously, measure and cut the sound insulation panels according to the space dimensions, sanding the cuts smooth to reduce seams between panels.

2. Fixing Methods for Sound Insulation Panels: There are three main fixing methods for sound insulation panels:
Fixing Method (Recommended):After filling the spaces between the keels with sound-absorbing cotton, fix the sound insulation panels to the keels using self-tapping screws. The panels should be staggered. The spacing between wooden keels should be less than 300 mm, and for metal keels, not exceeding 400 mm.
Direct Adhesion Method:Suitable for small areas or lightweight sound insulation panels. Apply structural adhesive or all-purpose adhesive evenly to the back of the sound insulation panel, adhere it to the wall, and tap it firmly with a rubber mallet. Reinforce it after 24 hours.
Dry-hanging installation: Install special brackets on the wall (spacing not exceeding 600 mm), adjust the flatness of the panel by adjusting bolts, and finally finish with T-shaped aluminum alloy trim strips.
