Heavy Duty 2 mm Cable Loop for Signage
A 30 cm stainless loop that carries warning boards on trees, fences and scaffolding in gardens and construction sites.
Built for Outdoor Signage
Thin keychain loops stretch and snap when a sign catches the wind. This version uses a 2 mm 7x19 rope with a pressed aluminium ferrule, giving a 110 kg breaking load in a loop that still wraps around a 60 mm branch or a scaffold tube. The PVC jacket is UV stabilised, so the loop stays flexible after a full summer outdoors instead of going brittle.
Installation in Four Steps
1. Choose the wrap point. Branch, post, fence rail or scaffold tube up to 60 mm diameter.
2. Pass the loop through the sign eyelet. Aluminium or PVC boards from 2 mm to 6 mm thickness.
3. Close with the screw-lock ferrule. Hand tighten, then a quarter turn with a hex key.
4. Check the load. Keep the board under 6 kg for wind-swing comfort.
