F3-309 Side Exit Fork Gripper Panel Hanging Kit With 1-6 m Wire Rope

A side-exit variant of the fork gripper, supplied as a kit with 1.5 mm stainless wire rope cut to any length between 1 m and 6 m. The rope enters horizontally and exits at 90 degrees, which is exactly what tight ceiling voids and wall-panel returns need when a straight vertical drop is impossible.

How The Side Exit Mechanism Helps

A conventional bottom-exit gripper needs clear vertical space above the anchor. In a shallow plenum, an acoustic baffle or a wall-mounted soundproof panel, that space simply is not there. The side exit body routes the rope along the structure, keeps the gripper compact against the panel edge, and still allows the same push-to-release adjustment.

Sizing The Rope To Your Project

Send us the plenum depth and the finished panel height and we will cut each kit individually. Because there is no swaging step, a long kit can also be shortened on site: cut the rope, push it back into the collet and it locks again. Spare ropes in 1 m increments are available separately so a site team can adapt without waiting for a new shipment.

Installation Checklist

1. Mark anchor positions at max 600 mm from each panel corner.
2. Fit the M4 anchor and screw the F3-309 body in place.
3. Feed the rope from the side port, lock, and attach the fork to the panel clip.
4. Level the panel, then fit the end sleeve to finish the rope tail.

Quality Control

Each production lot is sampled for jaw grip force, salt spray for 48 hours and a 3x static load hold. Reports can be supplied with the shipping documents on request.
