Loop End Wire Rope Kit With Fork Gripper For Soundproof Wall Panels

This kit is built for the wall-panel side of a soundproofing job. Each assembly is a 1.2 mm stainless steel rope finished with a pressed loop at one end and a fork gripper at the other, so the panel hanger can be hooked straight onto a wall bracket without any loose hardware. Three standard lengths - 2 m, 3 m and 5 m - cover most residential and studio wall builds.

Why A Pressed Loop Beats A Knot

A knotted rope loses about half its breaking strength and looks unfinished on visible wall installations. The pressed aluminium ferrule keeps the full rated strength, gives a repeatable 40 mm loop that fits standard brackets, and lets the panel be unhooked for maintenance without disassembling the gripper.

Application Notes

Wall-hung acoustic panels often sit against a cavity or a resilient channel, so the rope has to carry load without touching the finished face. The fork gripper sits behind the panel, the loop hooks over the bracket, and the rope length can be trimmed at the gripper end after the panel is in place. That combination keeps the acoustic gap intact and the panel face free of hardware.
