SS-015-1000 Plastic Coated Colour Coded Cable Security Seal

The SS-015-1000 adds a moulded plastic jacket over the aluminium lock body and a laser marked QR code on the face, which turns the seal into a small data carrier. Each seal can point to a batch record, a vehicle plate or a delivery note, so warehouse staff can confirm the seal with a phone scan instead of typing a long serial number. The 1000 mm rope runs through refrigerated container fittings and multi door trailers.

Colour coding lets a dispatcher confirm at a glance that the right seal colour was used for the right lane, and the QR code removes manual keying errors during handover.

Customisation service

We generate QR codes from your own data file, link them to your landing page and print the matching serial number beside the code. Jacket colour, rope length and carton marking are all order specific. A sample run of 100 pieces with your data is available before mass production.

Packaging and delivery

100 pieces per inner box, 1,000 pieces per export carton. Carton size 42 x 30 x 28 cm, gross weight about 18 kg. Data verified samples in 7 days, bulk order in 15 to 22 working days.
